If $1,000,000aire Blueprints magazine has its way, by spring 2007, every elementary school in the United States will receive a copy of its children’s business magazine, $1,000,000aire Blueprints Jr, along with a series of tested business curriculums.

Their goal: for every elementary school to incorporate business in their curriculum. The activity packed gem for 4th, 5th and 6th grade students, is a collaborative effort between, Time Warner, $1,000,000aire Blueprints and Children’s University, a private school in Arlington, Texas.

It will be sold through school subscriptions and distributed by teachers in the classroom. According to Lynn Kenner, founder and executive director of Children’s University, ‘Children at this age are keen on learning a bit about everything. Nothing fascinates a 10-year-old like exploring his or her future career and finding out what makes the grown-up world of business tick. To be ready for the unprecedented challenges and opportunities they’ll face as young adults, these kids will need broad-based knowledge, a greater variety of skills and a finely tuned entrepreneurial instinct to achieve satisfaction and success in their work life.’
