The 1st of the 7-star Versace resorts is slated to open in 2009, in Dubai.
The Italian fashion house’s historic headquarters in Milan will be the inspiration for the design of the luxury hotels. ‘The hotels close the circle of super-luxury: clothing, yachts, private jets, and now resorts,’ Versace’s chief executive said.
