Outsource everything that can be done by others - your accounts, book keeping, lead generation etc. How many of you enjoy doing general book keeping tasks? Would your time not be better spent on increasing profits?
Here is a simple question that will determine what you should be spending the vast bulk of your time on:
Out of all the tasks I perform daily which are the tasks that only I can do?
Focus on the stuff that you are good at and that which makes your business money. This might include meeting new and existing clients, developing strategy, improving your brand and improving your profit margins.
