Work For Google And Make $200/Hour - No Skill Required!

Cap Forge:
Here is an opportunity for anyone with a car, a digital camera, and the next couple months relatively free.

The basic premise is, you go around to local businesses, tell them about Google, and write down some basic store info, such as hours of operation, payment types accepted etc. Then you take a couple digital photos of the outside, and submit the entire package to Google.

Google pays you $2 for a listing, and $8 more when they contact the business and the business confirms the info. Then Google will add it to its huge maps database, so when you look up an address you will get a whole lot of additional info about the listing.

On the face of it, I would imagine most people thinking they can probably visit and photograph at least 10 stores on average an hour, more in urban areas, fewer in rural ones. At $10 a piece, that works out to $100 an hour, which is not bad pay for just about anyone, and the work is extremely easy.

If you are like me though, you instantly start thinking along these lines- if I’m out there gathering info and talking to small business owners anyway, what else can I do that won’t add more than a minute or two to the visit that can substantially leverage my time and the fact that I am already out there?

I suggest hitting office towers that don’t have strict door security and perhaps strip malls.

      Any other ideas?

I imagine having something that says you’re “official” or that Google is connected with your mission could be valuable.
