Mashable:
Inventube is a social network for inventors. The idea behind the site was to create an online community for those seeking communicative collaboration with other inventors.
The network itself is pretty basic, but has the necessary functions. Browse user profiles and patents, participate in forums, create a poll, write a blog, or check out what’s in the resources section of the site. For each user profile you can add a user to your friends list, save them to your favorites, or send them a private message. Access their own blogs, friends, images, and patents as well. There are security measures put in place to protect the content you share on the site, so images can’t be taken (not even with a print screen). More.
