Leaving The Law To Become An Entrepreneur

You know Vault.com, the Web site that helps law-school students understand the differences between Weil, Wachtell and Willkie? Well it announced this week a majority investment by private-equity firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson. The investment values the online job-and-education information service at between $60 million and $85 million. Here’s the WSJ story.

Vault.com was founded 11 years ago by Stanford University classmates Samer Hamadeh and Mark Oldman, and Hamadeh’s brother, Hussam Hamadeh. Hussam earned a joint JD/MBA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, according to a Wharton Web site…
