A Summerside man plans to transform conference space at the wellness centre into a set for a fitness DVD series. Regan Rogerson will film ‘Vitality Series’ there next week.
And if the fitness DVD series does well, Rogerson might film more cardio and crunching in the province.
‘This is going to be kind of the test pilot to see if it works,’ he said.
A trio of toned stars will visit Summerside for filming.
They include Sharon Mann, co-producer and host of ‘In Shape with Sharon Mann’; Krista Popowych, host of ‘Caribbean Workout’; and Geoff Bagshaw, international fitness trainer.
They’re in charge of choreography - and demonstrating proper form.
Rogerson’s company Unleashed Media is executive producer.
The finished DVD series will include 3 discs, each with warm-up, plus cardio, muscle conditioning, abdominal training, step, cool-down and stretching sections.
He explained the menu will make it interactive. ‘You can customize your own workout.’
