If you don’t ask, you don’t get: This applies to everything - not just sales.
All the answers are out there, don’t be afraid to ask.
* Focus on being the best: Don’t be blinded by the desire to grow for the sake of growing. Focus on being the best rather than the biggest.
* Invest in people: The best and most logical plans can be dest royed by working with the wrong people so make sure you get it right. Choose people whose skills complement yours to develop your ‘dream team’.

From personal experience I would add a “handle with care” notice on the business advisers. They can be very helpful but also pretty useless if the support you need doesn’t fit with the way they’re equipped and managed.
